Classroom News:
-We will be having Safe Environment this morning which means the morning will be divided and students will be everywhere. Music practice, regular class and then Safe Environment.
-Nativity statues coming Nov. 7th.

Teacher News:
-We will be having Safe Environment instruction this morning. Please be sure to take attendance in class. Watch the clock as to where to have your students.
-We have a Living Rosary project for anyone to help out with.  Check out the Family Weekend bulletin board to see how.

Church News:
-Reminder to parents about “Putting Families First”.
-Also reminder about Adult class on Wednesday evenings

Music News:

This month, we have been mandated by the Diocese of New Ulm to instruct all students in Kindergarten through 12th grades with material provided by the Safe Environment/VIRTUS program during one class time. This will be repeated with another lesson in January.

Parents are invited to review lesson material and overviews for October’s session by clicking below according to grade levels:

Grades Kindergarten – 2nd    Overview    Lesson 3/October    Lesson 4/January
Grades 3rd – 6th    Overview    Lesson 3/October    Lesson 4/January
Grades 7th – 9th    Overview    Lesson 3/October    Lesson 4/January
Grades 10th – 12th    Overview    Lesson 3/October    Lesson 4/January

If parents so wish, they can elect to opt their child/ren out of participation of such instruction. If you have opted your child/ren out for October’s session, you are automatically opted out for January’s session. Such forms are available upon request. Any students absent the day of classes will need to either attend the make-up session on October 30th or have signed the Opt-out form on file.

*** These sessions are rather short and WILL NOT take up the entire class time. Normal class will resume after these sessions. ***

Ortonville:
K-6th grades on Oct 9th.
7th-12th grades on Oct. 16th.
Rosen:
K-6th grades on Oct 9th.
7th-12th grades on Oct. 16th.
